Alivamax business opportunity offers many things to its members.  There are great products and a compensation plan, but what about training for the Alivamax distributors.  The distributors will not succeed on the products and a comp plan alone.  Many of the Alivamax members will need to be taught how to market the business.  Is this happening and is the training sufficient enough to help them overcome struggles and attain success?

What is the right way to train Alivamax distributors?  First, promoting the Alivamax business and the products is not the right direction to take in building a successful business.  The best way to build a business is to promote YOU.  The reason is having a business is about people and people join people, not businesses.  So, marketing YOU is the best approach to take.

Now, most MLMs and network marketing companies train you to make a list of your friends and family. This means you spend a lot of time chasing your family and friends down and then when that runs out, and it will, you start chasing after strangers.  This means you are marketing to people who have no interest in your products nor your business opportunity.  Why this approach is taken by most MLMs and network marketing companies is not clear. But, the end result is the Alivamx distributors will experience lot of rejection; in particular those who are just starting a business.  They will be subjected to a lot more rejection than the more skilled salesperson.  In order to succeed using this marketing style requires you to go through the numbers, meaning talk to a lot of people because most will say no.  In fact, on average, 97%-98% will say no.  If you want success, you should be talking to thirty people per day. Who has the time?

I believe that these companies know that many, who join, will fail at this kind of marketing and eventually quit.  The ones who remain are usually people who have some kind of background in sales or building a business and these are individuals who will make Alivamax Worldwide a lot of money.

A company does not need a whole lot of people to help them become a multi million or even a billion dollar company.  I know of one company, who shall remain nameless, built a billion dollar company off just five people.  The company started over 25 years ago and they are still around. So, having thousands or even hundreds of thousands of people leave a company is not going to hurt them as long as the ones, who can sale and/or build a large organization, remain.

It may seem that I have gotten off track, but my point is this. The people you should target are other network marketers or other MLM’ers.  These are individuals who know most about the network marketing industry and will be more open to what you have to offer.  Other people who have little to no experience in network marketing or MLMs will see you as working for a company that is involved in a pyramid scheme.

The next step is to learn how to market your business.  This is crucial because without skills in marketing, it is a guarantee that you will fail.  Another reason is that having skills in marketing will attract other MLM’ers and network marketers to you.  What they want is your knowledge and your skills. This is the way to position yourself as a leader in the industry.  Instead of you chasing others, they will be chasing you.  Less work, less headache, more success in your business.

So, what kind of training do you need?  This all depends on how you want to market your business.  Do you want to do the offline marketing, online marketing or a little bit of both?  Really it does not matter what approach you take, you just need to find a mentor, resource, or system so that you can learn the right way to market a business.  This is what I had to do because, like you, my company did not offer much training and the only kind of training they offered was to make a list and, although I tried, this did not work.  In fact, I tried for four years and nothing.  I wanted to use the internet and did find a fantastic system that has taught me a lot about marketing on the internet and I am generating leads and making more money than I ever did during the four years combined at my previous opportunity.

In essence, the information I am giving you is referred to as “Attraction Marketing” created by Mike Dillard, who used this very method and went from waiting tables to making a 7-figure income in just 18 months.  I use the same methodology and, based on my experience, it definitely does work.  There are three principles that you must apply in order to implement the Attraction Marketing methodology.  Of course, I do my marketing using the internet, but you can apply the same principles to your offline marketing, if using offline marketing is what you prefer.  The three principles are:

1.) Generate leads meaning people you have communicated with and completed some kind of presentation to them about you and what you have to offer. Thus, you now have their information; such as name, phone number, and email address(optional).

2.) Build a relationship with those leads, either by calling them or, if using the internet, the autoresponder is one way in which to build relationships.  But, if you have a phone number, calling them is the best way in which to build relationships.

3.) Market to those leads.  By building a relationship with your leads, you can market to them your products, services, or opportunities.  They now trust you enough to accept most of what you have to offer them.  People, generally speaking, will not buy from strangers.  They prefer to buy from those they know, like, and trust.

In conclusion, I believe that what Alivamax business has to offer is substantial as far as MLMs and network marketing opportunities go.  I am not saying that this company is better than most, by no means, but it does have a good business model.  But, what is lacking is the right training that will help Alivamax distributors to succeed.  Everyone should be given the opportunity to experience making their dreams come true so why not get them started in the right direction.  But for those individuals who happen to join and opportunity that does not offer sufficient marketing training, it is not the end of the world.  There are mentors, resources, and systems that will help you get the marketing skills you need in order to overcome all of the reasons why most people fail in the MLM and network marketing industry.

Your target market should be other network marketers and MLM’ers.  They are the ones who understand this industry and are more open to this industry.  But, MLM and network companies do not tell you this.  They know that the friends and family marketing does not work.  Most people will not succeed using this method of marketing. But this is put aside by 21Ten because they also know that the few that do well will earn them a lot of money.  In fact, there is one well known company that became successful with just five people.  Those five people help to create this company into a billion dollar company.  So, it just goes to show you, you don’t need a lot of people to build a successful people.  But you do need to go through a lot of people in order to find those gems who will help grow your business.

One thing that is discussed is the advertising pool that is available.  Revolucion WorldWide opportunity advertises that it works closely with online Web 2.0 development companies in various online marketing campaigns, along with television, radio, and print ads that will attract new people interested in Revolucion products as well as the opportunity.  This traffic will be driven to active distributors websites.

This is one thing I don’t see many MLM’s or network marketing companies offer to their members.  I consider this to be a positive step in the right direction. This will help the company with their bottom line because more people will be more willing to stay if they are experiencing some or a lot of success in their business.

But, you still need to learn how to generate your own leads and it sounds as if the training that will help you to do this is not available. Often this is the case.  Many MLM’s and network marketing companies expect you to either figure out the marketing piece or make a list of 100 friends and family members and call them.  Your family and friends are the wrong people to talk to.  In fact, most people you talk to, that have little to no understanding of network marketing are the wrong people to talk to.  Every once in a while you will find a gem but you have to go through a lot of people during the course of a day to accomplish this milestone.  To have any success at it, on average, you need to talk to 30 people per day.  Not an easy task for most people.

Now, why not target family and friends?  The reason is, many are just not interested.  They may join just to appease you, but within 30 – 90 days they will drop out.  So, what should you do to overcome the poor attrition rate?  Talk to other network marketers; other people who are either involved in network marketing or who have been involved.  The reason is, they understand network marketing and most don’t consider them to be a pyramid scheme or some kind of scam.

Where do you find these other network marketers.  They are not going to be living next door to you so you will have to venture further and the only way I know how to do this is on the internet.  On the internet, you can connect with tons of people who are network marketers.  They are more open minded enough to listen to what you have to say, but don’t pitch to them.  Pitching to people is going to turn anybody off.  Once you start, they have already made a decision not to move forward.  You have to first be invited into their world.  They may listen, but they have already made up their minds that they will not join or purchase from you.  The only way to get them to do what you want is to give them what they want.  Address their needs and desires.  Most network marketers are struggling with their business and if you can help them, say, with their issues with lack of leads or lack of money, you can then start the relationship building process and in time, you will see more who are willing to make purchases and join your opportunity.  But, first you must give in order to get.

Now, you are probably thinking, “I don’t know how to help them.”  That is ok, but you don’t want to tell them that.  In order to help others with their issues, you must first help yourself with your issues which are pretty much the same issues.  Learning how to market online is not difficult, but the learning process will require persistence, consistency, and a willingness to learn new things.  All entrepreneurs must constantly stay on top of what is out there that will help them improve their business so if you want to be a successful entrepreneur, consider learning to be a constant in your life.  There is no graduation for entrepreneurs.

As I was saying, it is not difficult to learn how to market.  You just need to find the right resource that will give you the marketing skills you and your business needs.  Do some online research.  Look for someone, or some system that will train you. Once you find one, stick with the program and learn to become a master marketer.  Without these skill, it is pretty much a guarantee that you will fail, so make up your mind.  Either you want a business of your own where you can have more freedom and time for your family and to do the things you want to do or you want the job.  Having a business isn’t always about making money.  It is also about quality of life and peace of mind.

This all sounds well and good.  In fact, it appears that Pyxism Opportunity has a good business model in place.  But, like most companies, they neglect to go into discussing the kind of training that the company offers. This could be either they don’t have a training program for their members or the training offered is like all others; chasing friends, family members, and strangers.  This means they expect you to know how to do this.  They may give a some training materials or have training calls and webinars, but the trainings offered are mostly about the products or the various ways to chase people around with your products and business opportunity.

Unfortunately, for most people the kind of marketing offered by most network marketing companies don’t work, but they do not tell you this.  So, what can you do so that you have a better chance for success.

In order to have success in your business, there are a few things you must know:

1. You must learn how to position yourself as a leader.  In order to accomplish this you must have value to offer, which is your knowledge and skills.  You see, most people are looking for solutions to their problems and if you can position yourself as that individual or leader, they will be more likely to buy or join your business opportunity.  But first you must get the skills and knowledge that you need and that they need to see in you.

2. The Direct sponsor earns a retail sales commission of $40.00 and $100 of Business Volume (BV) volume generated for each sale for the upline distributors.  The retail sales bonuses are additional to the normal BV generated by the active devices in the members’ homes.  Upline bonuses or BV revenue by direct sponsor will spill over placement in the matrix.

There are four other bonus promotions available.  They include: Team Leadership Bonus (TLB), Infinity Network Bonus (NB), Global Profit Share (GPS)

1. Team Leadership Bonus (TLB):  Members that have achieved leadership title of Network Developer Star and above will qualify to receive the Team Leadership Bonus.  This bonus is paid to infinity from your first level on down each leg until you find another member o the exact same rank.

4. Company Forced Sponsorship: VoiParty employs a round-robin type system that distributes members sponsored by corporate through its onw marketing channels.  This includes individuals who contact corporate directly or as a result of any corporate promotions.

How Does It Work?

VoiParty generates its income from IXC by offering a FREE local call to its members.  VoiParty uses proprietary technology to capture and route non-member calls through the internet to the members VoiParty connection which turns a FREE local call into CASH.

The best part about all of this is that the income generated from the IXC system, which here in the United States is over $800 million per month, 10% to 15% of that income goes to VoiParty.  Members of VoiParty that make up the network, will receive 70% of the VoiParty income.

Genesis Pure MLM Opportunity has a Rewards Plan that rewards the hard working and dedicated IBO’s through a method that pays out 55% on the total sales of commissioned products.

There are seven ways to get paid in Genesis Pure. The programs include the following:

• First Order Bonus
• Revenue Sharing Pool

1. Retail Sales:  you purchase the products at wholesale, sell at retail, and you keep the difference.

The retail customers are in direct communication with the company.  They receive their products at their home. Genesis Pure has a great business model. It offers fantastic products.  The compensation plan is pretty standard for a network marketing company.  This company looks to be one where you can earn a substantial amount of money, but only if you know how to market.

Unfortunately, most people don’t know how to market a business, which stands to reason why the high failure rate in any network marketing or mlm company.  If you don’t know how to market, it is guaranteed that you will fail.  I am not referring to the exceptions, I know that there are many exceptions, but the rule is most people will fail.

So, if you are serious about building your Genesis Pure MLM business, there are resources that can help you with your lack of marketing skills.  First take a look at how you are going to market your business.  Are you going to use the internet or are you doing offline marketing.  Either way, you need a coach or some kind of marketing course that will train you.  Because of the internet, many are turning to the internet as their way to build a business.  It only makes sense in this day and age.

Experiencing success in the business world requires one to have the right mindset; one that is in it for the long haul.  If you are open to learning new things, I suggest you put a marketing plan together, one that indicates how you want to market your business and let those marketing methods fit your personality.  Don’t just engage in a marketing style just because someone else is doing it.  Be yourself.  That is the best approach and along these lines, stop marketing the products and the business.  I know many companies teach you this, but this style of marketing is wrong and for most people, 90 plus percent, will not succeed.  The best approach is to market yourself. Damajon Training:

Marketing training is one of the most important elements I look for in a MLM or network marketing company.  The reason is that this is how we share our business, products, and services with other people.  The problem is that most people don’t know how to market their business.

Damajon states that it offers trainings, but never goes further than letting you know that they do provide training.   From their information provided on the internet, they say that your marketing should entail connecting with people. What they don’t talk about is how.  This is unfortunate because knowing how to connect with people is one of the most important skills in marketing that one can possess.  If you are not shown how, then this leaves a new member either trying to market their business without knowledge in marketing, which leads to failure, or after thirty to ninety days, they end up leaving for another opportunity. But, most MLM and network marketing companies know this and they also know that there are individuals who already possess the marketing skills and those are the ones who will more than likely stay.  Direct sales companies make a lot of money off of these individuals.

In saying this, I will add that if you are one of those who finds yourself struggling with your network marketing company, there are companies, systems, individuals who can help. The key element is your attitude.  Are you willing to learn these skills and do you have the patience to stick it out despite the obstacles you may face?  If yes, then your next step should be to seek out these resources and find one that you can work with that will give you the skills you need to build success.

In essence, your success it going to be determine by you.  Depending on your company will not be beneficial to you for the reasons I stated above.  You need those skills.  If you are interested in using the internet, I know of one company I have used that has given me my skills in marketing.  Don’t let your network marketing company determine your success.  Find that training resource and experience the life you deserve.

The PPC Optimization Process

PPC optimization is an ongoing process.  There are certain things you are going to do in a circular type pattern, meaning you start back over every week refining your ppc campaign, performance, and refining your results as well as testing everything out. Optimization requires setting it up and measuring it against your business objectives. The following week you go back in and refine again.

Optimizing ppc campaigns is circular in its nature; you are looking for what has changed. This is the essence of ppc optimization.  You are only looking for what has changed, at one data range to another and one date range to the next.  You are looking for what has changed because the internet is always changing.  In addition, there are always new competitors entering the market.  Such changes also include new keyword trends that emerge.  For instance, about 25% of all search queries every day are brand new.

The internet is expanding. There is more meaning implied in keywords which can shift at any given moment.  For example, say you have a campaign that you have had for a little while and one of the keywords is “income”.  Initially, this seems pretty obvious; income is income. But, when spring time comes along, suddenly, income is related to taxes.  Thus, most people doing search queries on income or anything related to income, 80% of the results are going to have something related to taxes.  Thus, the meaning of the word “income” has shifted to mean taxes. What this should tell you is, if you are not watching your campaign performance, you will start to receive unqualified traffic and your campaign will no longer be targeted. This damages your ROI and profitability due the attraction of non-targeted traffic to your site.  You have to watch your campaigns so you can catch any shifts.

Even Google’s algorithm changes often.  Everything moves at a lightening pace.  The reason you optimize and the reason you do optimize as a process is because it allows you to stay on top of any changes that take place.  Plus, there is the added benefit that optimization, if done correctly, improves your performance.  You will continue to take advantage of all of the opportunities that are presented to you.

First Step In PPC Optimization:

The first step to optimization is to continually test new markets.  Testing is included as part of the circular pattern in optimization.  Twenty five percent of all keyword queries are new.  Keywrod trends affect the outcome of everything. Thus,  if you are not watching to determine what the market is doing today, you are probably missing new markets or new ways that people are searching for your products or services.  You may even be missing out on  new opportunities and locations of where markets are gathering in online social communities and blogs.  These are areas where you could be doing content advertising.

There is always going to be a new opportunity and the only way to continually get more market share and to get more traffic, more leads, sales, and profits out of Google, is going to require that you test new markets and expand out into these new markets.

In a brand new ppc campaign, you are doing a lot of unknown things; such as, using keywords that you have done some research on, but you are not sure whether they are going to work.  For example, you have a new website and you have no idea how the landing page is going to convert; this is an unknown factor.  This is why it is essential that you are always testing these factors and unknowns to find the knowns and continue with your progress.

A brand new Google campaign is going to require a huge amount of testing, even if it uses branded keywords, because you are still going to have to test all of the measurements we stated above.  You are going to test to see where the traffic spots are. You are going to test to observe your competitors.  You should be testing the whole system.

The second step in optimizing ppc is going to require that you monitor your campaigns on a daily basis.  You especially want to monitor you test campaigns.  Test campaigns are going to be the most prone to bleeding ad dollars.  The reason being that if they are brand new and you are testing, 90% of what you are doing, is not going to work.  This is because with keywords, which is true of any kind of direct response marketing, which Google is, is similar to direct mail.  With direct mail, you are looking for a 3% conversion rate.  This is also very similar on keyword search.  If you put a lot of keywords in, some will drive traffic and sales, while others won’t do anything, some will not have any market, and no one is searching for them.  Others are going to be very competitive.  This could lead to you having to take your time in order to get market share. There are also going to be keywords that will cost too much.

Second Step In PPC Optimization:

Step two is going to require you to be in your campaigns every day, monitoring your campaigns and determining which ones are working; especially in a test campaign.  The newer the campaign, the more frequently you should monitor it. When you are monitoring your campaign, you are looking for action.  You are looking at your campaign to gain some insight so you can take some action.

Now, the question you may have is what type of action is required?  You can’t do much on a daily basis except stop what is bleeding your ad dollars.  So, when you go into your campaign, you are either pausing or killing the keywords and ad groups on a daily basis in a test campaign that has 20 or 30 clicks.  Usually, the keywords or ad groups are  experiencing terrible conversion rates, a high cost per conversion and they are not producing a lot of leads. Quite possibly, they may have a terrible CTR that you should pay attention to where certain keywords are getting a lot of impressions, but not a lot of clicks.  Later, you will need to work on your ad copy, but you could be experiencing a situation where, although you have been optimizing your campaign and you still are not able to get your metrics up. In a situation like this, you have no choice but to shut it down.

But, most times on a test campaign, you just want to look at the conversion data daily and plug all of the wholes that are bleeding ad dollars on the keywords and campaigns that are not converting to leads and sales opportunities in your pipeline.

Third Step In PPC Optimization:

So, now when you move past, testing, monitoring, and plugging the holes, the third step in optimizing ppc campaigns is to evaluate what is working and what is not once a week.  This is when we return to the performance metrics.  To get the performance metrics that are meaningful, you need a significant amount of data. This step can not be completed off a couple of clicks, impressions, or conversions.  The more data you have, the more concise you insights are, the more likely that the known is no longer an educated guess.

You can get performance data daily if you have a very high traffic campaign, ad group or keyword.  Improving the performance data is a daily activity.    But if you are looking at overall improvements, which include landing pages, ad copy revisions, and are improving the metrics rapidly, you need to do this once a week.  Again, on high traffic terms, when you trying to burn in a position or do something else aggressively, you should be monitoring your performance on a daily basis. It is only if the data provides you enough insight that helps you to know what to do next.

Your entire account should be optimized once a week.  At the account level, you should be looking for all the key performance indicators mentioned in this article. Of course, you first step should be reviewing you key metrics once a week.  This includes improving your CTR, conversion rates, and finding new keywords and new markets.  These actions should be done every week. The keywords that are converting to the most leads are the ones you should use to find new keywords and new markets.

Once a month, you should be looking at your Return On Investment (ROI).  This is key because your ROI determines your business success. When monitoring your ROI, you are looking for ways to make more profits.  The third ste is a different process.  Like your performance indicators, this step requires that you have a lot of data.  It has to be conclusive data.  Once you see that a campaign has converted to 20 or 30 leads per day, then you have some pretty conclusive data that the campaign is a lead generator. We refer to this step as profit mining.  You mine out the top performing keywords by re restructuring your campaigns to separate you highest converting keywords and placing those high performing keywords into their own campaign, thus allowing you to optimize them to get the most out of them.

Just for the keywords and ad groups that have proven to produce leads, you want to remove the terms, keywords, and ad groups, text ads, and capture pages and place everything into a separate campaign.  Once you move them into a separate campaign, you can then increase the budget and increase the amount of time you spend optimizing.  This allows you to invest your time in the right place, but more importantly, you can put your money into a campaign that is a lead generator or money maker.  These campaigns, which are known to convert, are labeled and assigned a much higher budget.  By increasing your budget on you top performing keywords and ad groups, you are increasing the ability to generate more leads and more money because you have already optimized the key metrics for traffic, cost, and quality.  These are also campaigns where you understand their behavior.  The campaigns could be a buying behavior or converting behavior and with such behaviors, you want to maximize how much money you spend in that campaign. You want as many conversions as possible.   Again, this is a step that should be done once a month.

In essence, by doing this, you are creating different high performing campaigns that are separated based on their behavior.  For example, you could have a high converting campaign for leads  Another one for sales and sales ready leads, who are leads that are calling you and following up with you.  You could have several campaigns in the sales funnel for your introductory sale or low price sale and your top tier sales, which have the highest profit margin.

This way you are tracking which of your campaigns are producing the most results and this is done by separting those key performers into their own campaigns where they can be optimized and maximized.  This is a big part of the overall ppc optimization process.

After this step, you then want to track these high producing campaigns at least once a month.  As you can see, the ppc optimization process does not happen in one day or one week, or one month.  This is why optimization is often referred to as a system of testing, monitoring, and evaluating.  Improving your campaigns is a circular pattern over days, weeks, months and then returning to step one where you compare the two date ranges and look for gains or losses, so you can continue to determine the appropriate actions to either stay on track or get back on track.
