Are you looking for a home based business?  If so, there is a Numis Network opportunitiy the offers trainings, tools, templates and more to help you generate success in you Numis business.

But, let me ask you a question?  Do people join YOU or are they more interested in your products and the compensation plan?  If you are a believer in “Attraction Marketing”, you know that the answer to this question is people join YOU…and if you DON’T believe that, then let me ask you this, “How is your marketing working for you?”

There is no question, if you use the tools and trainings offered by Numis Network, you can generate high-quality, real time leads with your lead capture pages.  The only problem with this “Self branded” stuff is that its’ a LOT of work!  You have to know how to use HTML, create lead capture pages, use auto responders, and mch more…but that was BEFORE Numis, which already has the templates you can use to market your Numis Network opportunity.

Anyone can plug into Numis and you will be instructed on how to generate leads and start making money just by getting two people per week.  The amazing aspect about this company is the duplication that is being generated within this company.  You may be asking yourself, “What does she mean by duplication?”  Duplication is the one thing that most network marketers have the most difficulty doing.  This isn’t their fault.  Most of the blame should be placed on the network marketing or mlm companies.  They just do not provide a sufficient business model or trainings, for that matter, that will allow its members success.  This leads to the high attrition rate; people are leaving between 30-90 days after they start a business and thus duplication goes out the window.

Well, this is not an issue with Numis.  People are actually staying because of the benefits it has to offer.  What are the benefits?  Below is a short list of the benefits:

Not many MLM’s or network marketing companies give you all this.  Most of them tell their members to make a list of family and friends, and to talk to strangers and all other kinds of marketing strategies that do not work for most people.  And, what makes this so bad is that they know this, but don’t tell their members.  Well, I am telling you, most people the marketing methods taught by your MLM or network marketing company just do not work.

You should never market your company, its products or the business opportunitiy up front.  The way attraction marketing works is to attract other network marketers to you (and eventually get them to join your team) without having to pitch them on your network marketing opportunity at the start.  This concept was popularized by Mike Dillard in his infamous book Magnetic Sponsoring, attraction marketing is the marketing strategy used by most of the top earners in the MLM industry.

This all sounds well and good.  In fact, it appears that Pyxism Opportunity has a good business model in place.  But, like most companies, they neglect to go into discussing the kind of training that the company offers. This could be either they don’t have a training program for their members or the training offered is like all others; chasing friends, family members, and strangers.  This means they expect you to know how to do this.  They may give a some training materials or have training calls and webinars, but the trainings offered are mostly about the products or the various ways to chase people around with your products and business opportunity.

Unfortunately, for most people the kind of marketing offered by most network marketing companies don’t work, but they do not tell you this.  So, what can you do so that you have a better chance for success.

In order to have success in your business, there are a few things you must know:

1. You must learn how to position yourself as a leader.  In order to accomplish this you must have value to offer, which is your knowledge and skills.  You see, most people are looking for solutions to their problems and if you can position yourself as that individual or leader, they will be more likely to buy or join your business opportunity.  But first you must get the skills and knowledge that you need and that they need to see in you.

2. Next is the relationship building process.  To build a relationship with your prospect, you don’t talk about your products, services, and opportunity.  Your focus should be on giving people what they want, and in your case the topics you want to share should be based on the solutions to the problems your leads have, which is how to make more money, how to prospect for leads, how to increase my lead flow, etc. You don’t share your products, services, and opportunity up front.  You share your knowledge, your skill sets.

3. Lastly, learn how to market to your leads.  Branding plays a lot into this because of the relationship building process, your leads should have established trust in you and should no longer see you as a stranger.  Your leads should know enough about you to know what business you are in and the products you have to offer and much more.  They also see YOU as their leader; the one who has and will continue to help them with their problems.  If you have this, then you should have no problem marketing to your leads and you will make money even it they don’t join your opportunity.

Success in any business takes time.  You have to take the time to first invest in yourself, then once you are able to offer value to others, you will see better results in your business.

What Is VoiParty’s Compensation Plan Like:

The product line in Genesis Pure are categorized into seven areas:

2. Superfruits: juice products in various fruit flavors.  No sugars, preservatives or fillers added.

Genesis Pure MLM Opportunity has a Rewards Plan that rewards the hard working and dedicated IBO’s through a method that pays out 55% on the total sales of commissioned products.

There are seven ways to get paid in Genesis Pure. The programs include the following:

• Retail Sales
• First Order Bonus
• Revenue Sharing Pool

1. Retail Sales:  you purchase the products at wholesale, sell at retail, and you keep the difference.

When you sponsor a new IBO on the Product Pak, you receive multiple shares in the Revenue Sharing Pool.

4. Team Earnings:  are the foundation that generates wealth.  As you sponsor new IBO’s, each is placed one of two legs within your organization. Each week, you will have the chance to earn 10% of the volume on our weaker leg.

The weaker leg is what you are paid off of and you continue to earn income off the weaker leg as long as you are an active IBO.  You begin to earn team earnings at Star 300 level.

Genesis Pure Training:

Genesis Pure has a great business model. It offers fantastic products.  The compensation plan is pretty standard for a network marketing company.  This company looks to be one where you can earn a substantial amount of money, but only if you know how to market.

Unfortunately, most people don’t know how to market a business, which stands to reason why the high failure rate in any network marketing or mlm company.  If you don’t know how to market, it is guaranteed that you will fail.  I am not referring to the exceptions, I know that there are many exceptions, but the rule is most people will fail.

So, if you are serious about building your Genesis Pure MLM business, there are resources that can help you with your lack of marketing skills.  First take a look at how you are going to market your business.  Are you going to use the internet or are you doing offline marketing.  Either way, you need a coach or some kind of marketing course that will train you.  Because of the internet, many are turning to the internet as their way to build a business.  It only makes sense in this day and age.

Experiencing success in the business world requires one to have the right mindset; one that is in it for the long haul.  If you are open to learning new things, I suggest you put a marketing plan together, one that indicates how you want to market your business and let those marketing methods fit your personality.  Don’t just engage in a marketing style just because someone else is doing it.  Be yourself.  That is the best approach and along these lines, stop marketing the products and the business.  I know many companies teach you this, but this style of marketing is wrong and for most people, 90 plus percent, will not succeed.  The best approach is to market yourself. Damajon Training:

Marketing training is one of the most important elements I look for in a MLM or network marketing company.  The reason is that this is how we share our business, products, and services with other people.  The problem is that most people don’t know how to market their business.

Damajon states that it offers trainings, but never goes further than letting you know that they do provide training.   From their information provided on the internet, they say that your marketing should entail connecting with people. What they don’t talk about is how.  This is unfortunate because knowing how to connect with people is one of the most important skills in marketing that one can possess.  If you are not shown how, then this leaves a new member either trying to market their business without knowledge in marketing, which leads to failure, or after thirty to ninety days, they end up leaving for another opportunity. But, most MLM and network marketing companies know this and they also know that there are individuals who already possess the marketing skills and those are the ones who will more than likely stay.  Direct sales companies make a lot of money off of these individuals.

In saying this, I will add that if you are one of those who finds yourself struggling with your network marketing company, there are companies, systems, individuals who can help. The key element is your attitude.  Are you willing to learn these skills and do you have the patience to stick it out despite the obstacles you may face?  If yes, then your next step should be to seek out these resources and find one that you can work with that will give you the skills you need to build success.

In essence, your success it going to be determine by you.  Depending on your company will not be beneficial to you for the reasons I stated above.  You need those skills.  If you are interested in using the internet, I know of one company I have used that has given me my skills in marketing.  Don’t let your network marketing company determine your success.  Find that training resource and experience the life you deserve.

To become a Pur3x distributor, an applicant must, 1. complete a Pure Energy Club Independent Distributor Agreement, and 2. purchase a Pure Energy Club Distributor Kit for $45,00.  All distributors qualify for receipt of Direct Sales Commission on their personal sales and purchases of Pure Energy Club products.

Once you join Pur3x opportunity, you start making money once you bring in 3 people into the club.  You teach and mentor them to do the same thing that you do.  You will also make money by reselling your product or signing up preferred customers.

As a member of Pur3x, you are given a replicated website that contains all the tools and resources necessary to build and market your Pur3x business.

Pur3x Compensation Plan:

The pur3x comp plan works as follows:

The comp plan is a 3×12 matrix.  What this means is that each distributor has up to 3 distributors directly under him or her on his or her first level.  On the distributor’s second level there will be up to 9 distributors and 27 on his or her third level; this continues up to 12 levels.

There are two types of income: Direct sales commissions and matrix override bonuses.

1.  Direct Sales Commissions: For every retail sales a Pur3x distributor makes, the distributor will receive a direct sales commissions starting at 4% of the price.  Each distributor receives a replicated Pure Energy Club website, once he or she enrolls.  Not only can a distributor manage his or her independent Pure Energy club business, distributors can make sales to retail customers  Retail sales made from the distributor’s website or purchases made by a distributor’s personally enrolled “Preferred Customer” are on the distributor’s first level in the matrix resulting in a 4% commission in sales.

2. Matrix Override Bonuses: These bonuses are designed to reward the hard work and effort of those distributors who build a downline organization and train and support those distributors in the organization.  If the distributors meet the necessary requirements, he or she can earn Matrix Override bonuses on the sales made by the downline distributor, up to 12 levels down.  The amount paid at each level is based on the number of distributors and preferred customers in the qualifying distributor’s marketing organization, described below:

Number of distributors: 0-119…Commission is $6.00 per lead
Number of distributors: 120-1374…Commission is $650 per lead
Number of distributors; 1374+…Commission is $8.00 per lead.

A distributor who has personally sponsored at least 3 other current and active distributors who personally generate at least $430 in personal sales volume in the subject month qualifies for receipt of Matrix Override Commissions on level 1 – 12 for that month.  No more than $150 of the required $600 in Personal Sales Volume may come from the Distributors own personal purchases.  An “active distributor” is a distributor who has personally generated at least $150 in sales of Pure Energy Club products in a single month.

How To Overcome The High Failure Rate?

What has been presented thus far, sounds great, but not much is said about how to help the Pur3x Distributors overcome their struggles that they will encounter during their Pur3x business building process.  Nothing was said about an official training or where the Pur3x distributors go to get the marketing skills they will need to become successful in their business.  Unfortunately, this is typical of most network marketing and mlm companies.  These companies talk a lot about the products, services, the company and comp plan, but very little is discussed in how to help their members succeed.

Many home business owners, including those in Pur3x opportunity, are confronted with the reality of the experience of trying to earn a residual income from their home business.  The problem is that, despite the promise of financial freedom, if no sales are made, no money is earned.  When it comes to getting prospects or customers, people often find that no forward movement in their business is made in a long time.  This only leads to more frustration and anger on the part of the business owner.

The mlm and network marketing industry is suffering from an astounding attrition rate.  People are jumping from one business opportunity to the next, very quickly.  This industry is changing and continues to change very rapidly.

On last additional comment is going to be on their training.  Most people fail due to lack of marketing skills.  I think it would be advantages for My Harvest America or any mlm or network marketing business to offer trainings on various forms of marketing, offline as well as online and online would probably be the best way since this is a company that markets their goods on the internet.

If, as a representative of My Harvest America or any mlm or network marketing company for that matter isn’t giving you the skills you need to generate leads, customers, sales, don’t quit.  There are many resources you can find on the internet that will give you the skills you need to be a success in your home business.  You just have to look for them and test them to see which one you prefer.

Online marketing or training companies usually have a sales funnel, which will allow you to generate an income while you are building your business.  Never give up because quitters never succeed.  Successful people are usually the ones who are willing to do what most other people will not do.

You will need to present a passport or a driver’s license (depending on your country).  You distributor ID# will appear on the reports of your sponsor within a couple of days after your info and forms have been submitted to the DOW.

What is a DOW: A DOW can assist in signing up new distributors. However, a DOW works independently from Tahitian Noni International (TNI), by setting up his or her own schedule without direct supervision from the company. DOWs facilitate the purchase of the Tahitian Noni Juice products by either:

1. Collecting product payments from various purchasers and consolidating payment into the legal importer in exchange for product,

2. Prepaying the cost of the product to the importer and making delivery to purchasers as they pay the product.

4. A fax machine or scanner.

Training:

Yes, Tahitian Noni International does offer training.  Below are a few of the trainings offered:

- Fast Start Camp: Basic 2 hour training session about the TNI company and the compensation plan to help you get on the road to success.

- Coral Camp: An advanced 8 hour training session that helps you focus on personally sponsoring more distributors and the eventual increase of monthly sales volume.

- Jade Camp: A targeted training (over a weekend) to help you grow beyond your initial group and help others also become successful and begin to transition to full time involvement in your noni business.

There are another forms of training; such as, Pearl Camp, Vision Retreat, and Diamond Pearl/Outrigger, but none of these, based on the summaries given, will help you build a business.  What is needed are marketing skills so you can sell more products, make more long term customers, and make money.

Conclusion:

Based on what I have read, I like what I see.  The business model, products and compensation plan, as well as the rewards given are exceptional.  What I don’t like are the trainings.  Much of the trainings offered are “old school” meaning start off by making a list of your family or friends.  Talking to as many people as you can.  The marketing essentially is about chasing after people and trying to market the products or the company, which is the wrong way of doing business.

I ask you, when a dentist or doctor opens up an office, do you see them chasing down people to show them what they have to offer?  What about the owners of a car maintenance shop or the owner of a bakery?  I say no and there is a reason for this.  It turns people off.  When they see you coming, they will turn and head the other way.  For one thing, after you have run through your list of family and friends, then the people you turn to are strangers.  Unless you are a good salesperson, most people are going to find it difficult to sell to strangers.  I know I did and I was with this company for almost 4 years. Because you are a stranger to them, they see you as someone you is trying to get into their purse or wallet.

There is a better way and it is much less painful because you don’t have to deal with so much rejection.  There are marketing systems that will train you how to market your business, mostly using the computer.  Well, you say you have no skills in computers. Unfortunately, with the way things are changing, you have to know computers, but you don’t have to be an expert at them.  There are trainings on YouTube, Viddler, and other media sites that can train you how to do almost anything.

Good training programs will not only teach you various ways to market your business and products on the internet, you will also be able to earn an income while learning how to build a business.  This was new to me because when I did the offline marketing, I spent my own money and stayed broke most of the time.  Essentially, what I am sharing with you here is that you still can be successful in Tahitian Noni, but if the trainings given are not enough, seek elsewhere for the right kind of training you want to do and then get involved.  This is what I did.  Don’t give up. Most of the successful business people had one thing that kept them going and overcoming obstacles. They had a drive and this is what you need to have.  Think about the reasons why you want a business and then make a decision on whether you are in until you make it because building a business is hard, and if you are not straight mentally, you will give up at the first few obstacles that come your way, and yes there will be many, but this is part of the learning curve and the life of an entrepreneur.

Does The CieAura Opportunity Offer Any Trainings For Its’ Members?

In this CieAura review, I will try and give a brief overview of the CieAura Transparent Holographic Chips, which is the real name of the company.  I see many have strong opinions as to the success of CieAura.  I will not discuss the success or failure of the company. My focus is just on whether the company has what its members needs in order for them to be successful.  After all, CieAura’s success is going to be based on the success of others.

The business of CieAura is your typical direct sales or multi-level marketing company.  They have products that their distributors market, which allows them to generate an income.  Also, as a CieAura distributor, you can recruit other distributors into business with you.

Products: Actually, CieAura has about three products. All of the products are chips shaped like a pyramid but address different issues in the body.

The first product is called “PureEnergy” or “CieAura Transparent Holographic Energy Chips”.  These chips provide holistic, healthy alternative to the current energy products by providing instant energy without the added calories.  Is is like you are using an acupuncture procedure is to use one certain acupuncture points, which are the Transparent Holographic Chips to focus on the body and increase energy and stamina.  They also promote weight loss because they remind the body to break down stored carbohydrates, or fat, to product energy.

The next product is called “PureRelief” or “CieAura Holistic Pain Chips”.  These chips can be embedded with a variety of vibrations. These vibrations are not active until placed near a body. One placed near a body’s surface, the embedded vibrations in the chip activate and interact with the body’s vibrations.  An example of this would be to look at this as a piano tuner using a tuning fork to tune a piano.  The result of these pain chips lasts 2 days.

CieAura’s last product is called “RestQuiet” or “CieAura Transparent Holographic Chips”.  The result from using this product is it provides a safe, new approach to getting a peaceful night’s sleep.  No pill is taken so there should be no side effects of a sleeping.

CieAura Opportunity:

There is no selling or recruiting, what you get for the price of $39.00 is a virtual store that sells the products worldwide.  I watched the video and they said no recruiting but you can refer people to the business and get paid, but there is no mention of building a downline of any sort.  Also, the selling is done from your website.  You don’t have to go out and do the selling.

CieAura Compensation Plan:

The compensation plan includes the following:

1. Override commissions
2. Global Bonus Pool
3. Retail sales
4. Company sales, even for new distributors.

As your business grows, you will be given a car allowance as well as a health and life insurance.  You will also get an expense account.

CieAura Training:

CieAura does hold weekly training webinars and calls, and they do have a large presence on the internet.  They also advertise in international newspapers.  But, what kind of training are their members getting.  I hope that they are teaching them to market their websites because just having a website that is on the internet is not going to work.  You have to learn how to attract people to your website and this is going to require marketing skills.

It also sounds as if the members are given a replicated website.  The truth of the matter is, replicated websites do not work.  It would be better to give the members access to templates and let them dress up the websites however they want; videos pictures or even write their own content because this will give each member the ability to market themselves.  You see, having a replicated website does not set you apart for all of the other CieAura members.  Marketing the company and it’s products is the wrong approach to building a business.  You should be marketing you because there is only one of you and people join a business opportunity or buy your products because of you, not because of the company and the products.  I know when I learned this, it opened my eyes to a lot of things where I had been deceived and taught incorrectly by these companies.  Currently,  I know how to properly market my products and my business opportunity and I am getting results.

Conclusion:

Having marketing skills is crucial to one’s business.  Without them, you are destined to fail.  Most MLM companies know this yet still they do nothing, but this is not to say that you should quit or give up.  What I would suggest you do instead, at least those who have either joined CieAura or are considering joining CieAura, is to look for other training or marketing resources.  There are plenty of them out there and yes they do cost money, but most of them don’t cost very much.  With the skills you gain, you can then use them to build any business, not just CieAura.

I realize the CieAura is fairly new and maybe they are currently working on some other aspects of the CieAura business, but don’t wait.  If you feel that you need more skills, based on your results in your CieAura business, seek other means to getting the right training so that you can succeed in CieAura or whatever business opportunity.  As an entrepreneur, we are problem solvers and we don’t give up.  Focus on finding a solution to your problems, and there will be many of them, and make a plan on how you are going to overcome any particular obstacle that comes your way.  Once you do this and start to adapt to the ways of an entrepreneur, there is no doubt, that in time, you will have all the money and the lifestyle you ever dreamed, but first you must get to work and make some sacrifices.
