BUSINESS BUILDING STRATEGY This week’s training and part of next week, I am going to cover dominating the Web 2.0 Market. Although I am not a very social person, I have learned how to use social networking sites to my advantage. I used to be a very active member in Facebook. I had even started a group. Well, since I have working on other things, I have not had much time to spend in Facebook. But despite this, my friendship lists continues to grow. I have close to 3,000 friends with more than 700 waiting for my confirmation. The most friends you can have is 5000. I am getting close. In addition, my group, which last I looked was around 300 has grown to be close to 1000. What do I do to make this happen. I post. I send articles that I believe other network marketers will find useful and this has helped me in both Twitter and, especially in Facebook. I do have a Facebook training available. Still trying to figure out what to do with it, but for now, let’s get on with our training on the topic of “Understanding Web 2.0”. For many people, the term “Web 2.0” is complicated. They seemingly fail to understand how it works. Many so-called experts have tried to give their long, drawn out jargon and hard to understand technical mumbo jumbo to the average person who is not able to decipher what these experts are saying. One of the definitions that I came across when I first started looking into Web 2.0, was that it was a term that characterizes design patterns in what they called a constellation of new generation of web applications. They went on to talk about infrastructures a new and improved collaborations. The more I read the more I became confused. The only thing that I was able to understand from what the writer on that page was discussing was that; Web 2.0 was a phrase coined by O’Reilly Media in 2004. Understanding who coined the phrase was not going to help me to understand how this new generation of web 2.0 applications was going to benefit me. I was fortunate enough to be a member of MLSP, which has taught me a lot on how to use these new fangled social networking sites. But, for me, it is one thing to watch the videos and take notes, which I did, but to actually put into action what I was taught was completely different. The only thing I figured I was going to have to do was to jump in head first and start using these social networking sites to my advantage. Web 2.0 websites are user generated content sites. Visitors to the sites sign up and then start to contribute to their own content to the site. MySpace is a user generated Web 2.0 social networking site. Users create their won profiles, add pictures, and download videos and websites in general. Thus, the majority or whole content of these sites is that of contribution from other users just like you. The was this concept differs from what we know as traditional sites or Web 1.0 sites is that the traditional sites are sites that are more static. In this, the webmaster generate all the content for the site and share this content with you. You have no say in the content that is on this site nor do you usually have a chance to leave your own opinion of what you have seen on the site. Now, some traditional sites do have areas for comments but this should not be confused with the broad user generated content sharing of a Web 2.0 website. Take, as an example, the blog site, Blogger. This site is a Web 2.0 blog that is comprised of thousands of users creating individual blogs on a variety of subjects. All the information that you find on this site is all user contributed. The same concept applies with YouTube, which has tons of videos to you can watch. All of these videos are all user contributed to add a lot of diverse content to the website. Now, you can see a simpler explanation of what a Web 2.0 site is. Once you take the technical talk and industry jargon out of the equation, it starts toe really make sense. User generated content sites means marketing potential for you. One of the rewards of Web 2.0 marketing is that it is virtually free to use. You just need to know how to successfully utilize these sites and that is what you will learn from MLMLeadSystemPro. After all, I have already been down that road and went through many trials and errors on what marketing with Web 2.0 sites can an cannot do for you and your business. Next week, I will talk about “Quick Look at Using Web 2.0 sites for Marketing.” Self Improvement Ways To Overcome Fear People are usually afraid of negative things. They are afraid of self-improvement because of this fear. Psychological self-improvement may help you in this situation. In psychological self-improvement, the best way to remove this fear is to understand that life is always in the cycle of ups and downs. No one is permanently up or permanently down. Remember, that only one can avoid these ups and downs even the envied Hollywood stars. Problems affect us ever day. These problems brings us misery due to the fact that we have feeling We should never lose hope in figuring out solutions to these problems. All we need is to learn how to overcome, and not be overcome by it. Problems can never be overcome but we can learn from them. This is where psychology pays an important role. Psychologists say that we should always be careful in our decisions concerning our problems. We should handle our problems properly and learn how to deal with it. Learning from mistakes helps us in preparing ourselves for psychological self-improvement. There are a lot of myths and every event in our lives is due to pre-determined reasons. Another belief says that what we encounter in our lives today is our preparation for other things that may come in our lives. To understand what may happen to us in the future, we must learn from the present. With all that said, it is also true that the unexpected can happen anytime. However, you should keep in mind that a psychological self-improvement is not always for the worse and consequently, you must never let go of a chance, because you are afraid to take the risk. Remember that, from time to time, something has to happen in order to free you from monotony, so you shouldn’t be surprised if, at a certain moment in time, instead of being afraid of change, you desire it with all of your heart. If there are things that hinder you form going on, here are some tips to help you move forward: Just think of the positive impacts results from psychological self-improvement. Know important they are and reflect on how to increase them, by adding some other good aspects which need certain assistance. Try to picture somebody else in your situation, as picturing ourselves in a less desirable position, always look more dramatic than it is really If you realize that the other person can handle the change, you can be sure you’ll be able to handle it as well. This is a good psychological self-improvement. Think of the worst situation that can result after the self-improvement. Try to find various solutions to it. Reflect on how much you can lose, if the worst happened, and how important those things are to you. If you find more than one reasonable solutions, you are safe and the self improvement can’t be stronger than you are! Self-improvement is not all bad. All we need is to learn how to handle some negative changes. We should also reflect from it to learn and use it in the future events that we may encounter. This could be your ultimate psychological self-improvement. COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS Do you have any comments or suggestions?
