Damajon is a direct sales company that is targeting the female population with products that are designed to inspire, uplift, and celebrate the characteristics of women.
Damajon provides beauty product line geared specifically for women. These products range from vitamin masks, collagen creams, and pour gels, just to name a few. But in addition to the beauty products, Damajon also provides books, postcards, music CD’s, jewelry and even screen savers.
Damajon Product Line Review:
Damajon has products in three categories: body, spirit, and home. The products that are listed in each category include:
Body: This category has spa product line. The products in this category are not available at this time, but they will be coming out soon.
Spirit: The spirit product line features:
Inspirational/relaxing CD’s
Inspirational screen savers
Women’s journals
Expression cards
Book head markers
Two jewelry lines
Home: Include the following:
- Candles
- Hanging wire words
- Italian word titles
- Lettering art
The list of products may currently appear limited, but Damajon is coming out with more products.
Damajon does not require you to purchase the products up-front. As a member, you are only required to share the products and the opportunity. Damajon delivers the products to the customers for you.
Damajon Sign Up Process:
To become a member of Damajon, you can call or enroll. The information is available on their website, www.damajon.com
There are three ways to become a Damajon member.
1. Join for $15.00 to receive information sent to your email. This will give you access to Damajon Buzz and a personal replicated website FREE for your first month.
2. Join Damajon for $37.95. This will allow you to receive the New Beginnings Kit, access to Damajon Buzz, and a personal replicated website FREE for your first month as a member.
3. You will receive FREE New Beginnings kits when you purchase Damajon’s Initial Suggested Order Packages or you can choose one of your own at the time of signing up. Access to Damajon Buzz and a personal replicated website FREE for your first 1-3 months depending on the package you select.
If you have selected to receive the Beginnings Kit, you will get a catalog, company brochure, The FaceGenie brochure, Invites, order forms, an instruction sheet on how to get started, as well as other important information. Using the items within this kit will allow you to start your business so you can earn money.
What is Damajon Buzz? This is a social community for the members of Damajon, who are referred to as LifeStylists. It is similar to Facebook, LinkedIn, or some other social networking community, where you can chat online, send messages to other LifeStylists, join forums or start one of your own.
Damajon will also give you up to date company information, information on promotions, specials, 24 hour access to recorded trainings, recognition, and assist with building your business.
How Much Can You Make With Damajon? There is no given answer on this but below is the Compensation Plan:
1. Commission: 25% commission on your personal sales.
2. Personal Sales Bonus: An additional 5%-10% on your personal sales each month.
3. Team Level Bonus: Earn up to 10% on the wholesale sales of your sales team each month.
4. Sponsoring Bonus: Earn an additional 5% bonus for each LifeStylist you sponsor who sells $300 or more in their first full month.
5. Infinity Bonus: Earn 1%-3% on your team’s wholesale sales beyond 6th level.
6. Promotion Bonus: Earn cash bonuses for achieving certain ranks.
Damajon Training:
Marketing training is one of the most important elements I look for in a MLM or network marketing company. The reason is that this is how we share our business, products, and services with other people. The problem is that most people don’t know how to market their business.
Damajon states that it offers trainings, but never goes further than letting you know that they do provide training. From their information provided on the internet, they say that your marketing should entail connecting with people. What they don’t talk about is how. This is unfortunate because knowing how to connect with people is one of the most important skills in marketing that one can possess. If you are not shown how, then this leaves a new member either trying to market their business without knowledge in marketing, which leads to failure, or after thirty to ninety days, they end up leaving for another opportunity. But, most MLM and network marketing companies know this and they also know that there are individuals who already possess the marketing skills and those are the ones who will more than likely stay. Direct sales companies make a lot of money off of these individuals.
In saying this, I will add that if you are one of those who finds yourself struggling with your network marketing company, there are companies, systems, individuals who can help. The key element is your attitude. Are you willing to learn these skills and do you have the patience to stick it out despite the obstacles you may face? If yes, then your next step should be to seek out these resources and find one that you can work with that will give you the skills you need to build success.
In essence, your success it going to be determine by you. Depending on your company will not be beneficial to you for the reasons I stated above. You need those skills. If you are interested in using the internet, I know of one company I have used that has given me my skills in marketing. Don’t let your network marketing company determine your success. Find that training resource and experience the life you deserve.
