MLM Opportunities Called Home Businesses

MLM Opportunities have strange ways of presentation.  While you may search heavily for it everywhere, they will stand there silently, waiting to be found.  They will not knock on your door or pat on your back to grab your attention.

They will stand there; appear in disguise waiting for you to recognize them and lift the veil from their faces.  They demand action from you, yet they won’t give the slightest hint to its existence.  Why?

Someone who seeks an MLM opportunity will eventually find one.  When, how and where entirely depends on the sharpness of the seeker.  MLM Opportunities are already there.  If we are not conscious, we don’t see one.  Only when we start becoming conscious, will we find one.

Recently, a friend of mine critically asked me “If home businesses on the internet can bring so much wealth and freedom to oneself, how come everybody is not sitting at home and earning?”  He was trying to negate that money can be earned by online businesses.  I tried to explain to him about online earning but he was not ready to accept the reason.

“I think that it is a waste of time.” He completely rejected my stance on home businesses.  He was not conscious of the fact and he could not be subjected to reason.  My conclusion was that a home business is not for him.

First step to finding and MLM opportunity is to believe that it exists.  One must accept that it is there.  Then one must become conscious of the home business’ earning potential.  When you become conscious of something, you start noticing that in abundance.  If you are not conscious of something, you can’t see what MLM opportunities are out there.

The law of nature:

Nature has designed things in this fashion to avoid the revelation to the unprepared and thus unworthy.  One who can recognize the opportunity and acts to tap into it is an able person.  Other individuals will either not find the chance to tap into the opportunity or let it pass without utilization.

Home businesses on the internet have produced millionaires.  Countless people started with limited resources and now earn unlimited wealth.  What did they do?  They recognized an opportunity and took action.  The had eyes for the opportunity and audacity for taking action.  That is what makes them stand apart in addition to the wealth they have acquired.

They were able:

Taking action is the second step towards tapping into an opportunity.  Taking action is a must, if you want to generate a lucrative income from the MLM opportunity.  Otherwise, the opportunity is as good as having no opportunity.  MLM opportunities for home businesses will always remain.  With the internet expanding at such a fast pace, the potential of home businesses continues to increase.  But, only those who seek with conviction and vision, will find one.

Moreover, only those who are courageous enough to take action will find their way towards enormous wealth.  People who lack conviction, courage, or both, will not find wealth in any home business.

Why Alivamax Business Opportunity?

Alivamax business opportunity offers many things to its members.  There are great products and a compensation plan, but what about training for the Alivamax distributors.  The distributors will not succeed on the products and a comp plan alone.  Many of the Alivamax members will need to be taught how to market the business.  Is this happening and is the training sufficient enough to help them overcome struggles and attain success?

What is the right way to train Alivamax distributors?  First, promoting the Alivamax business and the products is not the right direction to take in building a successful business.  The best way to build a business is to promote YOU.  The reason is having a business is about people and people join people, not businesses.  So, marketing YOU is the best approach to take.

Now, most MLMs and network marketing companies train you to make a list of your friends and family. This means you spend a lot of time chasing your family and friends down and then when that runs out, and it will, you start chasing after strangers.  This means you are marketing to people who have no interest in your products nor your business opportunity.  Why this approach is taken by most MLMs and network marketing companies is not clear. But, the end result is the Alivamx distributors will experience lot of rejection; in particular those who are just starting a business.  They will be subjected to a lot more rejection than the more skilled salesperson.  In order to succeed using this marketing style requires you to go through the numbers, meaning talk to a lot of people because most will say no.  In fact, on average, 97%-98% will say no.  If you want success, you should be talking to thirty people per day. Who has the time?

I believe that these companies know that many, who join, will fail at this kind of marketing and eventually quit.  The ones who remain are usually people who have some kind of background in sales or building a business and these are individuals who will make Alivamax Worldwide a lot of money.

A company does not need a whole lot of people to help them become a multi million or even a billion dollar company.  I know of one company, who shall remain nameless, built a billion dollar company off just five people.  The company started over 25 years ago and they are still around. So, having thousands or even hundreds of thousands of people leave a company is not going to hurt them as long as the ones, who can sale and/or build a large organization, remain.

It may seem that I have gotten off track, but my point is this. The people you should target are other network marketers or other MLM’ers.  These are individuals who know most about the network marketing industry and will be more open to what you have to offer.  Other people who have little to no experience in network marketing or MLMs will see you as working for a company that is involved in a pyramid scheme.

The next step is to learn how to market your business.  This is crucial because without skills in marketing, it is a guarantee that you will fail.  Another reason is that having skills in marketing will attract other MLM’ers and network marketers to you.  What they want is your knowledge and your skills. This is the way to position yourself as a leader in the industry.  Instead of you chasing others, they will be chasing you.  Less work, less headache, more success in your business.

So, what kind of training do you need?  This all depends on how you want to market your business.  Do you want to do the offline marketing, online marketing or a little bit of both?  Really it does not matter what approach you take, you just need to find a mentor, resource, or system so that you can learn the right way to market a business.  This is what I had to do because, like you, my company did not offer much training and the only kind of training they offered was to make a list and, although I tried, this did not work.  In fact, I tried for four years and nothing.  I wanted to use the internet and did find a fantastic system that has taught me a lot about marketing on the internet and I am generating leads and making more money than I ever did during the four years combined at my previous opportunity.

In essence, the information I am giving you is referred to as “Attraction Marketing” created by Mike Dillard, who used this very method and went from waiting tables to making a 7-figure income in just 18 months.  I use the same methodology and, based on my experience, it definitely does work.  There are three principles that you must apply in order to implement the Attraction Marketing methodology.  Of course, I do my marketing using the internet, but you can apply the same principles to your offline marketing, if using offline marketing is what you prefer.  The three principles are:

1.) Generate leads meaning people you have communicated with and completed some kind of presentation to them about you and what you have to offer. Thus, you now have their information; such as name, phone number, and email address(optional).

2.) Build a relationship with those leads, either by calling them or, if using the internet, the autoresponder is one way in which to build relationships.  But, if you have a phone number, calling them is the best way in which to build relationships.

3.) Market to those leads.  By building a relationship with your leads, you can market to them your products, services, or opportunities.  They now trust you enough to accept most of what you have to offer them.  People, generally speaking, will not buy from strangers.  They prefer to buy from those they know, like, and trust.

In conclusion, I believe that what Alivamax business has to offer is substantial as far as MLMs and network marketing opportunities go.  I am not saying that this company is better than most, by no means, but it does have a good business model.  But, what is lacking is the right training that will help Alivamax distributors to succeed.  Everyone should be given the opportunity to experience making their dreams come true so why not get them started in the right direction.  But for those individuals who happen to join and opportunity that does not offer sufficient marketing training, it is not the end of the world.  There are mentors, resources, and systems that will help you get the marketing skills you need in order to overcome all of the reasons why most people fail in the MLM and network marketing industry.

This all sounds well and good.  In fact, it appears that Pyxism Opportunity has a good business model in place.  But, like most companies, they neglect to go into discussing the kind of training that the company offers. This could be either they don’t have a training program for their members or the training offered is like all others; chasing friends, family members, and strangers.  This means they expect you to know how to do this.  They may give a some training materials or have training calls and webinars, but the trainings offered are mostly about the products or the various ways to chase people around with your products and business opportunity.

Unfortunately, for most people the kind of marketing offered by most network marketing companies don’t work, but they do not tell you this.  So, what can you do so that you have a better chance for success.

In order to have success in your business, there are a few things you must know:

1. You must learn how to position yourself as a leader.  In order to accomplish this you must have value to offer, which is your knowledge and skills.  You see, most people are looking for solutions to their problems and if you can position yourself as that individual or leader, they will be more likely to buy or join your business opportunity.  But first you must get the skills and knowledge that you need and that they need to see in you.

2. Next is the relationship building process.  To build a relationship with your prospect, you don’t talk about your products, services, and opportunity.  Your focus should be on giving people what they want, and in your case the topics you want to share should be based on the solutions to the problems your leads have, which is how to make more money, how to prospect for leads, how to increase my lead flow, etc. You don’t share your products, services, and opportunity up front.  You share your knowledge, your skill sets.

3. Lastly, learn how to market to your leads.  Branding plays a lot into this because of the relationship building process, your leads should have established trust in you and should no longer see you as a stranger.  Your leads should know enough about you to know what business you are in and the products you have to offer and much more.  They also see YOU as their leader; the one who has and will continue to help them with their problems.  If you have this, then you should have no problem marketing to your leads and you will make money even it they don’t join your opportunity.

Success in any business takes time.  You have to take the time to first invest in yourself, then once you are able to offer value to others, you will see better results in your business.

Damajon Training:

Marketing training is one of the most important elements I look for in a MLM or network marketing company.  The reason is that this is how we share our business, products, and services with other people.  The problem is that most people don’t know how to market their business.

Damajon states that it offers trainings, but never goes further than letting you know that they do provide training.   From their information provided on the internet, they say that your marketing should entail connecting with people. What they don’t talk about is how.  This is unfortunate because knowing how to connect with people is one of the most important skills in marketing that one can possess.  If you are not shown how, then this leaves a new member either trying to market their business without knowledge in marketing, which leads to failure, or after thirty to ninety days, they end up leaving for another opportunity. But, most MLM and network marketing companies know this and they also know that there are individuals who already possess the marketing skills and those are the ones who will more than likely stay.  Direct sales companies make a lot of money off of these individuals.

In saying this, I will add that if you are one of those who finds yourself struggling with your network marketing company, there are companies, systems, individuals who can help. The key element is your attitude.  Are you willing to learn these skills and do you have the patience to stick it out despite the obstacles you may face?  If yes, then your next step should be to seek out these resources and find one that you can work with that will give you the skills you need to build success.

In essence, your success it going to be determine by you.  Depending on your company will not be beneficial to you for the reasons I stated above.  You need those skills.  If you are interested in using the internet, I know of one company I have used that has given me my skills in marketing.  Don’t let your network marketing company determine your success.  Find that training resource and experience the life you deserve.

Does The CieAura Opportunity Offer Any Trainings For Its’ Members?

In this CieAura review, I will try and give a brief overview of the CieAura Transparent Holographic Chips, which is the real name of the company.  I see many have strong opinions as to the success of CieAura.  I will not discuss the success or failure of the company. My focus is just on whether the company has what its members needs in order for them to be successful.  After all, CieAura’s success is going to be based on the success of others.

The business of CieAura is your typical direct sales or multi-level marketing company.  They have products that their distributors market, which allows them to generate an income.  Also, as a CieAura distributor, you can recruit other distributors into business with you.

Products: Actually, CieAura has about three products. All of the products are chips shaped like a pyramid but address different issues in the body.

The first product is called “PureEnergy” or “CieAura Transparent Holographic Energy Chips”.  These chips provide holistic, healthy alternative to the current energy products by providing instant energy without the added calories.  Is is like you are using an acupuncture procedure is to use one certain acupuncture points, which are the Transparent Holographic Chips to focus on the body and increase energy and stamina.  They also promote weight loss because they remind the body to break down stored carbohydrates, or fat, to product energy.

The next product is called “PureRelief” or “CieAura Holistic Pain Chips”.  These chips can be embedded with a variety of vibrations. These vibrations are not active until placed near a body. One placed near a body’s surface, the embedded vibrations in the chip activate and interact with the body’s vibrations.  An example of this would be to look at this as a piano tuner using a tuning fork to tune a piano.  The result of these pain chips lasts 2 days.

CieAura’s last product is called “RestQuiet” or “CieAura Transparent Holographic Chips”.  The result from using this product is it provides a safe, new approach to getting a peaceful night’s sleep.  No pill is taken so there should be no side effects of a sleeping.

CieAura Opportunity:

There is no selling or recruiting, what you get for the price of $39.00 is a virtual store that sells the products worldwide.  I watched the video and they said no recruiting but you can refer people to the business and get paid, but there is no mention of building a downline of any sort.  Also, the selling is done from your website.  You don’t have to go out and do the selling.

CieAura Compensation Plan:

The compensation plan includes the following:

1. Override commissions
2. Global Bonus Pool
3. Retail sales
4. Company sales, even for new distributors.

As your business grows, you will be given a car allowance as well as a health and life insurance.  You will also get an expense account.

CieAura Training:

CieAura does hold weekly training webinars and calls, and they do have a large presence on the internet.  They also advertise in international newspapers.  But, what kind of training are their members getting.  I hope that they are teaching them to market their websites because just having a website that is on the internet is not going to work.  You have to learn how to attract people to your website and this is going to require marketing skills.

It also sounds as if the members are given a replicated website.  The truth of the matter is, replicated websites do not work.  It would be better to give the members access to templates and let them dress up the websites however they want; videos pictures or even write their own content because this will give each member the ability to market themselves.  You see, having a replicated website does not set you apart for all of the other CieAura members.  Marketing the company and it’s products is the wrong approach to building a business.  You should be marketing you because there is only one of you and people join a business opportunity or buy your products because of you, not because of the company and the products.  I know when I learned this, it opened my eyes to a lot of things where I had been deceived and taught incorrectly by these companies.  Currently,  I know how to properly market my products and my business opportunity and I am getting results.

Conclusion:

Having marketing skills is crucial to one’s business.  Without them, you are destined to fail.  Most MLM companies know this yet still they do nothing, but this is not to say that you should quit or give up.  What I would suggest you do instead, at least those who have either joined CieAura or are considering joining CieAura, is to look for other training or marketing resources.  There are plenty of them out there and yes they do cost money, but most of them don’t cost very much.  With the skills you gain, you can then use them to build any business, not just CieAura.

I realize the CieAura is fairly new and maybe they are currently working on some other aspects of the CieAura business, but don’t wait.  If you feel that you need more skills, based on your results in your CieAura business, seek other means to getting the right training so that you can succeed in CieAura or whatever business opportunity.  As an entrepreneur, we are problem solvers and we don’t give up.  Focus on finding a solution to your problems, and there will be many of them, and make a plan on how you are going to overcome any particular obstacle that comes your way.  Once you do this and start to adapt to the ways of an entrepreneur, there is no doubt, that in time, you will have all the money and the lifestyle you ever dreamed, but first you must get to work and make some sacrifices.
